Therapy

My therapist is a great guy. He seems to be interested in what's going on in my life and eager to help and ask a lot of questions that I sometimes have trouble answering.
Sometimes, it seems that I'm teaching him about Trans issues or what not. Who knows, maybe it's in the Therapy instruction manual about acting interested or engaged. I only mention this because this is costing a small fortune.
Speaking of small fortunes, my therapist says that he has moral dilemma regarding what diagnosis to put in my case and on my receipts. My insurance will probably not pay if he has to put a diagnosis of Gender Identity Disorder. 302.85
The moral dilemma should be what happens to his patient who has to stop seeing a therapist and throw away all that work and money that has been invested.
Don't get me wrong, I like him, I think that he's been good so far, and will be in the future.
